CFC fixtures
CFC fixtures from Graphite Materials withstand temperatures up to 1,300 °C, extreme temperature fluctuations, and heavy loads—while always maintaining their shape. This makes them the perfect workpiece carriers for use in heat treatment , such as during the hardening
of metal components.
The hotter, the stronger
For particularly high-temperature applications, Graphite Materials relies on its innovative DuComGrid , combining two or more different materials for your support system. Operating temperatures exceeding 1,300 °C are therefore no problem. While steel warps or deforms significantly at high temperatures, frames made of CFC
do not change shape. This makes them reliably predictable and protects the components mounted on them from unwanted warping. In addition, CFC support systems are resistant to chemical influences and extremely durable.
Custom-made to meet your needs
Graphite Materials offers CFC fixtures (also known as CFC grids or charging racks) for a wide range of applications, which are constantly being expanded with the help of modern design software. For example, heavy-duty grids for forming dies weighing up to five metric tons are available.
