CFC cylinders

For thin-walled cylinders with large diameters, Graphite Materials relies on the lightweight and stable material CFC

. This enables us to produce wall thicknesses of 3 to 12 millimetres with diameters of 300 to 1,500 millimetres. The latter diameter is achieved by designing the cylinder as a polygon. Our CFC cylinders are typically used as heat shields (susceptors) against radiant heat, heating elements and supporting structures for insulation.
