Your tasks
- Order entry and processing including invoicing
- Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries
- Entering and maintaining data in the ERP system
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery bills
- Creation of shipping and customs documents
- Import and export of goods and merchandise
- Organizing and coordinating transports, monitoring deliveries and ensuring on-time delivery
- Carrying out inventories and stock valuations
- Keeping statistics and analyses
- Participation in projects and special tasks

- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector
- First professional experience in the area of supply chain
- Knowledge of import and export desirable
- Confident handling of merchandise management systems
- Business fluent German and good English skills
