CFC fixtures
CFC frames from Graphite Materials withstand heat of up to 1,300 °C, enormous temperature fluctuations and high weight loads – and always remain “in shape”. This makes them the perfect workpiece carriers for use in heat treatment , for example when hardening
metal components.
As tough as it comes: CFC
For particularly hot applications, Graphite Materials relies on its innovative DuComGrid and combines two or more different materials for your carrier system. Application temperatures of more than 1,300 °C are no problem. While steel warps or deforms significantly at high temperatures, racks made of CFC
do not change their shape. They are therefore reliably predictable and the components placed on them are protected against unwanted distortion. CFC support systems are also resistant to chemical influences and extremely durable.
Customized to your needs
Graphite Materials offers CFC frames (also known as CFC grids or charging frames) for numerous areas of application, which are constantly being expanded with the help of modern design programs. For example, heavy-duty grids for forming tools weighing up to five tons are possible.
Whilst steel distorts or deforms at high temperatures, CFC fixtures retain their
shape. This makes them predictable and the components placed on them are protected against unwanted changes. In addition, CFC carrier systems are resistant to the effects of chemicals and extremely durable.
Coding and individualization
Smart fixtures for smart users: Individual coding of our CFC fixtures for process control and maintenance ensures maximum process safety, plannable downtimes and clear identification.
