How did you find Graphite Materials?
When I was looking for an apprenticeship, a good friend who was already doing an apprenticeship in the production department at Graphite Materials told me about the company. He told me about the very nice staff and that you can enjoy a professional, but equally exciting and cool training there. This sparked my interest and I decided to apply.
When I was actually invited to an interview, my decision was already made: I really wanted to do my apprenticeship in this company.
Is your training here what you imagined it would be?
Yes, definitely! In fact, my expectations were even exceeded.
I had hoped that there would be a good working atmosphere here, as this was my biggest concern. However, I was treated like a real member of the company on my very first day. I wasn’t just the apprentice, I was given the feeling that I was a real colleague.
The tasks I had to deal with on a daily basis were as challenging as they were interesting. I received a lot of support from my team the moment I didn’t know how to proceed.
What are your plans for after the apprenticeship?
If possible, I would like to continue working here in this company.
I enjoy my work and my colleagues are all very nice to me.
